Due to the recent properties we have sold, we are urgently looking for more properties and businesses to add to our portfolio.

If you list your property with us, we will visit you and take quality digital photos and make our own notes. We prefer to view all our properties & businesses ourselves so we can explain them to potential clients first hand. We will need some assistance from you for some of the details. To speed up the selling process we would strongly recommend you allow us to put a ”For Sale” board, as this will increase the interest your property receives.

We will then add to our portfolio and add to our other avenues of advertising, which we closely monitor.

Feedback will always be given for any viewings. If you are not in the country then we find email a good way to keep in contact. We offer a key holding service, which is free of charge, and you have the piece of mind knowing your key is in a safe secure environment.

We will also ask you to sign a form giving permission for us to sell your property or business for you.
